About the Artist :: Roberta Goschke
Roberta Goschke was born in 1954 in New Castle, PA and currently resides in Waldoboro, Maine, where she paints landscapes, portraits and still life.
Roberta Goschke studied life drawing and oil painting at the Corcoran School of Art, Art League School, Alexandria, VA and George Washington University. Her pastel drawings, depicting the Army’s involvement in Panama, are included in the collection of the U.S. Army Center for Military History in Washington D.C. Before coming to Maine, she was a member of the Washington Society of Landscape Painters and the Art League in Alexandria, VA.
Roberta has taught drawing courses at the Round Top Center for the Arts in Damariscotta, ME and currently hosts a life-drawing session at her studio.
